Fees and Cancellation Policy The fee is set at a rate similar to BC registered psychologist. A reduced fee is offered for people with financial difficulties. Please discuss it with Dr. Lam. The fee may be reimbursed by your extended health plan, employee assistance program, or ICBC, and is tax deductible. When you make an appointment with Dr. Lam, you are reserving that time for yourself. A 24-hour notice of cancellation or change of appointment is required or you will be responsible for paying the appointment. Payment will be due at the end of a session. |
